We are pleased to offer a variety of pre-show and onsite services to the media:
BRAND LOGO & USAGE GUIDELINES
The CONEXPO Latin America terms and logo are registered trademarks. Appropriate use of the terms and logos is permitted for companies exhibiting or sponsoring CONEXPO Latin America events who wish to promote their participation.
Use of the CONEXPO Latin America events’ terms or logos is not permitted on a product or service, since such use might imply that the product or service has received the approval or endorsement of the show’s owners, sponsors, and/or producers.
Exhibitors or sponsors of CONEXPO Latin America events may request permission to use the event name or logo on commemorative items you wish to give away to the event’s attendees. Make this request in writing to Jennifer Gallatin at email@example.com describing the proposed use with a statement that such items will not be sold. Show Management and/or the trademark owners reserve the right to deny any request that may be inappropriate, offensive, or not in the best interests of the show.
The trademark registration symbol should be used with the show name or logo.
Please remember that we are all responsible to comply with the CONEXPO Latin America brand guidelines. Sponsors, partners, co-locators, suppliers, and staff must follow them to create, adapt, or check materials. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
EXHIBITOR MEDIA SERVICES
Seeking editorial coverage can be an effective way to supplement your marketing and promotional efforts. Check the list of show supporting publications online.
Exhibitors are encouraged to provide press kits in print or electronic forms to the show newsroom. Exhibitors are responsible for kit shipment/storage, as the newsroom does not have sufficient space for this purpose. Kits are displayed in the newsroom alphabetically by company name.
Exhibitors will be allowed access to the newsroom for the purpose of supplying press kits, messages for editors, or if an editor has scheduled an interview with them.

ADVERTISING TRADE OUT PROGRAM
The Advertising Trade Out Program provides our eligible industry publication partners with opportunities such as exhibit space, onsite distribution bins, or a special listing on the official show website, in exchange for advertising space.
