Digital Show Communications

If interested in including your logo as part of our official digital show communication, please submit your exhibiting company logo in a mobile friendly format by September 6 to customerservice@conexpolatinamerica.com

Catering Menu – Now Available

The Catering Menu is now available for our exhibitors with specific items and pricing included. The only official food supplier for CONEXPO Latin America 2019 is Espacio Riesco; therefore, exhibitors must place their order through this company.

The exhibition site management does NOT allow the use of other food and beverage providers.

Invitation Code

All exhibitors received a unique VIP code to distribute to their customers to attend CONEXPO Latin America 2019 for free! The code can be used up to 100 times. If you have not received your code, please contact customer service at customerservice@conexpolatinamerica.com

Installation & Dismantle Badge Registration

Exhibitors must request badges for personnel who need access to the fairgrounds during installation and dismantle only.   You will need to request badges by emailing and indicating the exact number of individuals you need to register. They will provide you with a link to finalize the registration process.  

Badges will be available during the assembly period to pick up. No one may enter the premises without a badge. Each exhibitor may receive complimentary badges and parking passes, at no additional cost. However, if in need of a replacement, a fee will be applied for each badge and/or parking pass reprinted.

Demonstrations and Commercial Talks in CONEXPO Latin America 2019

Show Management is pleased to invite you to have a machinery and equipment demonstrations at no cost and technical-commercial talks for $100 + Taxes.

Both activities are an excellent platform to show live the comparative advantages of your equipment. They will be shared in our program of show activities (CONEXPO LATIN AMERICA – EXPOEDIFICA) and on social media.

The construction of stands, decoration, furnishing and placement of items on display must be completed at 6:00pm on October 1, 2019.
